Introduction:
Flavor: Select Taiwan "Sediq Bale" native coffee beans, which are located at an altitude of 1,000 meters. Fresh coffee cherries are picked by hand. When returning to the factory, the first batch is processed with close to black honey. After one week of exposure to the sun, the moisture in the coffee beans drops to 10-12 degrees before they can be aged in the warehouse. During the aging process, the temperature and humidity of the warehouse must be checked frequently, as well as whether the coffee beans are moldy.

After the customer places an order, the coffee beans are taken out of the warehouse for husking and silver skin removal. After being screened and sorted by a machine, and then manually screened to remove incomplete coffee beans, they are immediately roasted by a team with more than ten years of roasting experience. The master bakes and packs by hand.
